My prices are set to fit the amount of time spent on each piece and are non-negotiable.

I have every right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Please keep in touch with me! It does not have to be daily, but if I need to ask you questions about your commission, answers will be needed as soon as possible so that I can make sure you get exactly what you were hoping for! If you will not be around for a few days, please let me know! Otherwise, your piece may get cancelled after a week of no contact.

With the above said, please feel free to reach out to me at any time! I sometimes forget to send updates about delays and such, so if you feel its been a while and want to know what's up, don't be afraid to ask!

If a refund is needed, please request it no later than the clean sketch phase, especially if you need a full refund.

If you request a refund at the lineart/coloring phase, you will only get a 40%-50% refund as I will be half way or close to being finished at that point.

If something comes up on my end, and I can't finish your piece, then you will get a full refund and whatever work I have finished.

Time frame for getting pieces done is unfortunately constantly changing due to constant changes to my schedule at my fulltime job. I can give you a rough estimate of when I think your piece will be done, however it may change so I will do my best to keep you up to date on where I'm at!

If you have a deadline for your piece, please include that in the notes of your order! I need to know so that I can decide whether or not the deadline can be met and whether or not you need to be put at the top of my queue list.

I do my best to do commissions in the order that I got them, but there is a chance that I may bounce around! I have a queue list on trello for you to follow so you can see where I am at with your piece and others!

I do tend to post commissions publicly so please let me know if you would prefer me to not post! Or! Let me know how you would like me to give credit to you and anyone else involved (person who originally designed the character, owner of second character, own of character if this is a gift, etc.) when I post it!
